Paying in stablecoin takes about five minutes
We take the fee in USDT or USDC, coins pegged to the US dollar (1 coin is about $1), so the price barely moves. Payments are usually confirmed automatically within a minute or two. If it's your first time, follow the steps below.

Choose TRON or TRC20 as the network when you withdraw.

Base
Choose Base as the network when you withdraw.
Check the network. USDT sent on another network such as Ethereum (ERC20) or BNB Chain (BEP20) can't be recovered. Use TRON (TRC20) for USDT and Base for USDC, exactly as shown on the payment screen.
Step by step

Send the booking request
Choose USDT or USDC as the payment method on the booking form. The payment screen then shows the amount, network, address and deadline.

Buy the coin on an exchange
Buy USDT (or USDC) on an exchange such as Binance or Coinbase. Buy a little more than the amount shown to cover the exchange's withdrawal fee, and check that the exchange supports the network you need.

Pick the network and paste the address
On the exchange's withdrawal screen choose TRON (TRC20) for USDT or Base for USDC, then paste the address copied from the payment screen. Check that the first and last few characters match.

Send the exact amount
The amount's last decimals differ for each booking; that is how we recognise your payment automatically. Make sure exactly that amount arrives. If your exchange deducts its fee from the amount, add the fee on top.

Keep the payment screen open
The payment screen checks for your transfer automatically. It usually switches to "Payment received" within a minute or two, and we contact the shop right away. We send the result by email and messenger.
How exchanges work and what they charge for withdrawals varies. This is the general flow; follow your exchange's own instructions for the exact screens.
If something goes wrong
The deadline passed
Crypto payments have a 60-minute window. After that the request is cancelled automatically, so send a new one. If you already paid, contact us with your booking number.
I sent a slightly different amount
Automatic confirmation only works for the exact amount. Send us your booking number and the transaction ID (TXID) and we'll check it by hand.
The booking couldn't be made
We refund the fee in full in the same coin. The booking status page shows a field for your refund wallet address; use an address on the same network you paid with.
I want to cancel after confirmation
After confirmation the fee is non-refundable and the shop may charge a cancellation fee. Contact us right away if it isn't confirmed yet.
