Terms of Service
1. Service
We contact shops in Japan and make reservations on your behalf. We do not operate any shop and are not responsible for the content or quality of services a shop provides.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and not a high-school student. Shops may ask for photo ID.
3. Agency fee
The agency fee is paid upfront when you request a booking. If the booking cannot be made, it is refunded in full by the same method you paid with. Once a booking is confirmed the fee is non-refundable, including cancellations or no-shows on your side. Bank transfer and network fees are borne by you.
4. Shop price
You pay the shop's price directly to the shop. Quoted prices may change at the shop's discretion.
5. Prohibited conduct
Anything illegal under Japanese law (including requesting intercourse), violence, coercion or unauthorised photos of casts, and booking with false information. Violations lead to a ban.
6. Disclaimer
Bookings may be cancelled due to shop operations, cast schedule changes or changes to foreign-guest policy. In that case any fee you paid is refunded.
