Fee and refunds

Booking fee
¥3,000 per booking, ¥4,000 for same-day bookings
If it can't be booked
If the shop declines or your time isn't available, the fee is refunded in full by the same method you paid with.
After confirmation
The fee is non-refundable if you cancel or don't show up, and the shop may charge a cancellation fee.
Shop price
Separate from the fee, paid directly to the shop. Yen cash is safest.

FAQ

Can you really book any shop?

We contact unlisted shops exactly the same way. Some shops don't accept foreign guests, though, so whether it can be booked depends on the shop. If it can't, the fee is refunded in full and we can suggest similar shops.

I pasted an address but the page didn't open.

If we can't load the shop's page right away, you go straight to the booking form. The address you pasted is passed to the concierge as is, so just add your date and time.

What if I don't know the shop's address?

Write the shop's name and area in the shop name field on the booking form. A concierge will find the shop and check.

Is the fee different for unlisted shops?

No. The fee per booking is the same whether the shop is listed or not, and it's refunded in full if the booking can't be made.
